Databases do not always handle names with apostrophes in the same way. O’Neill may be entered in a database as ONeill or O’Neill. Make certain you search both ways or find out how these names are handled.

Indexes to Divorces Recorded in the Kentucky Acts 1795-1850
Divorces could also be at the county level as well.

Don’t forget to search for your female ancestors at the BLM site http://www.glorecords.blm.gov/. They may have applied for bounty land as a widow or filed a federal land claim in their own name. Don’t forget the female half of your ancestry.
